To care for your gold jewellery, use warm water and mild soap to clean. Rinse and pat dry using a soft cloth. 

For pearls - simply wipe with a soft cloth.

Try to avoid spraying perfumes or using creams when wearing your jewellery- this could put a film over gemstones and pearls dull their sparkle. 

But more importantly, enjoy wearing your jewellery everyday.

Rachel uses only D - F, rare grade diamonds, these are colourless diamonds, meaning they have the best sparkle, and bright white colour.

The D - F colour combined with the round brilliant cut means you will have a beautiful sparkle!

If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, Rachel is here to help. You can receive a full refund within 30 days of purchasing.  Items must be unworn and in original packaging.

Shipping costs can not be refunded and return postage is at the expense of the customer. Rachel recommends returning items by registered post.

For hygiene reasons there are no refunds or exchanges on earrings.
